WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, fire fighting agencies, military agencies, special forces units, professional athletes; as well as collegiate and high school athletes nation wide.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Our program has been broken down into 3 levels of fitness or capabilities. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced skill levels. We have 4 year olds to 82 years young members participating in our programs. The break down is about 60% Female - 40% Male members

If you are looking to lose body fat and lean out or gain strength, speed, endurance, you will get it all in one program. The program is an all inclusive Fitness, Athletic, Sports, Training program - that's why we are called Crossfit FAST. We focus in on you and your individual goals and needs. If you are a weekend warrior, tennis player, golfer, cyclist, runner, high school or collegiate athlete looking to make it to the next level, you have found the right place. Our professional coaches will help you develop each area of fitness, such as Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Flexibility and Accuracy to help you reach your goals.

6:00am, 7:00am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturday: 10:00am
