Getting Started
Step #1) Click on the "TRY US" Tab on the Right Side of the screen and fill out the form completely. We will contact you ASAP, normally within 24hrs. and get you scheduled to come in for a FREE DEMO SESSION.
Step #2) Once you have experienced the workout, our facility, our coaches and have chosen the program that best suits your individual needs, you will be scheduled for a Physical Evaluation. Your physical evaluation will consist of Several Physical Test to determine your Strengths and Weaknesses. We will also review your Body Composition Analysis, Lean Muscle Percentage, Body Fat Percentage, BMR, Caloric Intake/ Expenditure, Break Down of Nutritional Needs and Goal Setting to establish your goals and time line. You will then be enrolled into our Movements Class.
Step #3) Our MOVEMENTS CLASS will teach you all of the movements and exercises in our program. Once you have satisfactory completed the movements class and demonstrated your ability to perform the neccessary movements of our program, you will be allowed to participate in one of our group training sessions offered through out the day, Monday - Saturday. If you still need more help after completing your movements class, you may schedule private sessions with one of our performance coaches to work on specific movements or lifts.

Our General Liability Waiver Form MUST be filled out COMPLETLELY in order to participate, No Exceptions
