30 Day Burpee Challenge
Come join us for a 30 Day Burpee Challenge on January 2nd, 2012.
The challenge will go from January 2 - 31, 2012. We will begin with one burpee the first day and continue to increase each day by one burpee until we reach 30 consecutive burpees on January 31, 2012. If you ever struggled with burpees or you despise them, this is just what you need to own them.
All of your burpees must be performed in a row without breaking in between burpees, in other words no rest, AKA "UNBROKEN". You will be required to perform them each day in front of one of our coaches to be validated or we will also be using them as our warm up during normal class hours for the month of January.
If you are unable to make it to the gym, you may submit a video, via your smart phone, of you doing your burpees to our facebook page.
