CLASS DISCRIPTION:
Athletix is an integrated functional fitness program geared towards improving your overall health and fitness through athletic movement patterns. The program develops Strength, Conditioning, Power, Agility, Balance, Coordination and Flexibility. The program helps increase Lean Muscle Tissue, while Reducing Unwanted Body Fat.
